Alpîne's SPORTING LEAD™ - a Traffic Lead, Over-the-shoulder-lead, and extra-long handheld Lead all packed into one leash. In a pinch, you can also walk 2 dogs with it. Lots of places to clip on a small bag etc.. And if your pup is off leash just clip the snap to the O-ring by your waist. 
Dimensions: 3/4" wide.  Long leash with handle ~6.5'. OTS ~4', ~3.5' to clip that you would attach to a dog collar. As a shorter traffic leash, ~4'.
