Rugged Gentle Choke Collar, All Natural Tan Heavy Leather and Solid Brass LIMITED Adjustable Choke Collar

Can a collar be rugged, functional and elegant all at the same time? We think so!
1" Adjustable LIMITED choke collar. These collars are wonderful because, if sized properly, like martingales, they won't slip over your dogs head when they pull on the leash. And at the same time, they are a 'limited' choke because will not choke your dog if it pulls too much. This collar has 2 inches of give but can be made with 3".
This is made out of our sunkissed all natural vegetable tanned (in the USA) 12 oz leather. The leather tans when exposed to the sun and will get darker with use.
Hand stitched with German Ritza Tiger thread known for it's strength and durability. It is softer and more pliable than our imported Sedgwick English Bridle and will stretch so recommend ordering a length that will sit fairly high on your dog's neck. All collars have 5 holes spaced 3/4" apart so that there is some flexibility.
Our hardware is heavy, expensive solid brass. The cost of the fittings in this collar that includes a roller buckle, keeper, O-rings x 2 and D-ring comes to $12.00. We don't skimp on our materials because we want to offer you a product that will hold up for a very long time. I still have the first of these collars that I made 30 years ago.
