Heavy All Natural Veg Tanned American Leather 6' Leash w/Solid Brass Rustproof Hardware, Durable, Rugged, and Extra Thick

The way leashes used to be. Hard to find, hand-stitched leather leash all in one piece - not joined together! Generous handle with D-ring so that you can attach the snap to it and throw it over your shoulder when your dog is off-leash. The leather is a thick and heavy 10-12 oz Wickett & Craig natural vegetable-tanned, extra long hide that will darken with exposure to the sun. It holds up well even when it gets wet time after time and the hardware that we use is a premium low-lead solid cast brass that is rustproof. ( We use only bolt snaps - scissor snaps can open! )
This leash matches our heavy leather field collars and many of our sheepskin collars if you are looking for a set. We use a German waxed durable thread and solid brass tubular rivets for redundancy. We recommend treating it with oil and wax if it gets soaked. But unless your pup decides to chomp on it it should last you a lifetime.
